If you have a driveway, a spare basement slot, or an office bay that empties out after hours, you already have everything you need to host on ParkQ. Here's how it will work.
List: tell us about your spot
Creating a listing starts with the basics: where the spot is, what kind of vehicles fit, and when it's available. You'll add photos so drivers know exactly what to expect, plus entry instructions — gate codes, landmarks, anything that makes arrival smooth.
Every listing goes through moderation before it appears to drivers. That review keeps quality high and means drivers can book with confidence — which means more bookings for you.
Price: you set the rate
This part is simple on purpose: you set the price. You know your area, your spot, and what it's worth — weekday office hours and weekend evenings are very different products, and your pricing can reflect that.
We're deliberately not announcing a fee structure yet. Platform fees are still being decided, so rather than publish a number we'd have to revise, we'll share the full breakdown before hosting goes live. TBA, honestly, beats a made-up percentage.
Earn: payouts at launch
Hosting only makes sense if getting paid is painless. Host payouts are planned for launch — when bookings go live, the money side goes live with them. We'll publish the payout schedule and any thresholds well before the first booking, so there are no surprises.
Stay in control
Hosting stays flexible by design. Your availability is yours to set and change, and in-app messaging lets you coordinate directly with drivers — late arrival, gate confusion, anything that comes up. You'll also get notifications for every booking, so nothing happens on your spot without you knowing.
