Essential cookies

These are necessary for the site to work at all. We set them without asking because the site cannot function without them:

• Session and authentication. Keeps you signed in as you move through the app and website, and verifies your OTP sign-in.
• Security. Helps detect misuse and keeps your session safe.

Because these are essential, you cannot opt out of them and still use ParkQ.

Functional cookies

These remember your preferences to make the product easier to use:

• Preferences. Things like your default vehicle type and saved search locations, so you do not have to re-enter them every time.
• Display settings. Your language and interface choices.

Analytics cookies

These help us understand how people use ParkQ — which pages are visited, what features are used, where people drop off — so we can improve the product. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. If you do not consent, we do not track you for analytics purposes. We do not name third-party vendors here because our analytics setup is not yet finalized; the vendor list will be published before launch.

Your choices

You are in control of non-essential cookies:

• In-app toggle. At launch, the app will include a consent setting where you can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time.
• Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will break sign-in and core features.
