This policy explains what ParkQ stores on your device when you use our website (parkq.in) or the ParkQ app.
Summary
- The website does not set any cookies.
- Neither the website nor the app uses analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools.
- We store only what is needed to remember your choices and keep you signed in, on your own device.
On the website
parkq.in uses your browser's local storage, not cookies, for two things only:
- Your consent choice: whether you accepted or declined the notice, so we do not ask again on every visit.
- City votes: which city you voted for on the Cities page, so you are not counted twice.
Fonts and images are served from parkq.in itself, so your visit is not shared with font or image providers.
In the app
The ParkQ app stores on your phone:
- Your sign-in session, kept in your phone's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android).
- Preferences and caches, such as your privacy consent choices, notification setting, favourites and recently loaded content, so the app is fast and remembers your choices.
- An installation identifier, used to keep your devices and notifications in order and to prevent abuse of offers.
Your choices
- You can clear the website's stored data at any time in your browser's settings.
- Signing out of the app removes your session. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
Changes
If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where needed. Questions: hello@parkq.in.
