Legal

Last updated: September 2026

This is a draft for legal review — not yet effective.

Your data, your call. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Here is exactly how.

How to request

  1. Email [contact email] from your registered email address or phone number, stating whether you want access, correction, or deletion of your data.
  2. We will verify your identity with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered phone number.
  3. Once verified, we will process your request and send you a confirmation when it is done.

At launch, you will also be able to make these requests directly in the app.

What gets deleted

When you ask for deletion, we will delete:

  • Your account profile, including your name and phone number.
  • Your vehicle details and saved preferences.
  • Your location history collected by the app.
  • Your in-app messages with drivers, hosts, and support.

What we keep

Some data cannot be deleted immediately, because the law or our business requires it:

  • Transaction and payment records, which we must retain for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
  • Records of unresolved disputes or fraud investigations, kept until the matter is closed.

Anything we retain for legal reasons will be kept only as long as the law requires and will not be used for any other purpose.

Response time

We aim to respond to every request as quickly as we can. Our formal response SLA is currently TBA and will be published before launch. If you do not hear back within the published time, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal).
